Mechanoprocessing services

On the base of its production «Nobel  Shipyard» Ltd is ready to offer cooperation for the following directions of unit and detail mechanoprocessing:

1. Lathe works:
- detail producing out of bars, forged pieces, foundry billet at machines 16К25 (tolerance ± 0,03 mm);
- part cutting diameter up to 3 m at vertical lathe machines (tolerance ± 0,5 mm);
- part cutting at machines ДИП-500, ДИП-400, ДИП-300 diameter up to 900 mm, length up to 4.5 m (tolerance ± 0,05 mm).

2. Part milling with high-speed, end-milling, finger, disc cutters (tolerance ± 0,1 mm).

3. Hole drilling diameter up to 70 mm (tolerance ± 0,3 mm).

4. Gear-hobbing works up to module 12 mm.

5. Gear-shaping works up to module 7 mm.

6. Grinding works:
- outside round grinding of detail with diameter up to 150 mm, length up to 800 mm.

7. Unit and machinery assembly and mounting.

8. Metalware casing, foundation, frames producing.

9. Sheet metal cutting for details with shaped configuration at plasma machine (thickness up to 20 mm) and cutting machine (thickness up to 100 mm).

10. Sheet metal bending and rolling thickness up to 30 mm.

11. Gas-cutting and welding works with manual electric arc, semi automatic, in protective gas area welding.
