Production facilities

For providing quality carrying out of works on shipbuilding and shiprepairing «Nobel Shipyard» Ltd. has its own engineering department, engineering and design department, has complex of modern efficient equipment – domestic and import production and also has wide range of modern technical facilities.

Technological and production facilities allow to construct and repair river and sea vessels with deadweight up to 6500t, length up to 140 m, breadth up to 17 m and launching weight up to 2700t.

Production basis is formed by following main and auxiliary areas and workshops:

• Hull-welding production (metal blank, hull section and block production) with total area more than 15 000m2;

• Mechanoprocessing workshop with area 1560 m2, equipped with machines that provide quality carrying out of all necessary operations on cold metal working;

• Fitting shop with area 2 340 m2 equipped with bridge cranes with lifting capacity 5 t, has mechanized pipe stock, pipe blank line, welding area, test desks;

• Outfitting quay with length of 210 m, equipped with gantry crane with lifting capacity of 20 t;

• Shipbuilding slipway total area more than 7 000 m2, supplied with 3 bridge cranes each with lifting capacity 50 t

• Transverse one-deck cristate slip with lifting capacity 2 700 t;

• Open horizontal slipway with gantry crane with lifting capacity 32 t.
